At C & C Financial Services, I sincerely believe that most people want to do what's right: right for themselves, right for their families, and right for their communities. In fact, that's one of the reasons we created this firm. After 21 years working for someone else, I wanted the opportunity to control my own destiny. I started with New York Life Insurance in 2016 and then formed C & C Financial in 2022 with my partner.
You can take comfort in the fact that we have been a part of this community for over 20 years, and therefore have a vested interest in seeing our friends and neighbors succeed. In fact, we probably have many of the same hopes and aspirations as you and will be happy to share all the resources and information our firm has to offer.

Brian has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career as a licensed agent with New York Life in 2010 after working for 10 years in the staffing services industry. He qualified for Executive Council in 2013, 2014 and 2015 before joining the first class of Associate Partners in New York Life's history in 2015. He spent over three years in management as a Partner with the company before returning to the field in the spring of 2019. He has since qualified for Executive Council^ in 2020 and 2021. His specialties are working with individuals and families providing retirement planning, life insurance, long-term care and guaranteed income at retirement strategies. He resides in Johnson City, Tennessee with his wife, Cherie, and has three daughters, one son and a grandson. In his free time, he enjoys road cycling, working out and is an avid music fan.

Cherie Clough is an important part of the C & C team. As head of Client Servicing, she is responsible for all new business processing, providing high quality customer service for our clients, setting appointments and providing educational seminars and classes for women and finance.
Cherie, a former New York Life agent, holds a master’s degree in education, and taught for 20 years in public and private schools.
Married to C & C founding partner, Brian Clough, Cherie enjoys working out, cooking healthy meals and being surrounded by family and close friends. She prides herself in her professionalism, friendliness, optimism, and also leans on her strong faith. Cherie believes that each day is a gift and strives to serve her family, clients, and friends coming from a place of deep appreciation.
